With this philosophy in mind, we have created a full proof process driven mortgage team dedicated to you and your satisfaction. Your team consists of your Mortgage Advisor, Production Manager and Loan Processor.

Your Mortgage Advisor's job is to oversee you and your client’s loans and take a “Big Picture” approach to your financial situation. They handle all aspects in regards to interest rates, loan programs, and more importantly, they improve your overall financial picture.

Your Production Manager’s responsibility is just that, to manage your loan while the file is in escrow. They manage your file on a daily basis to ensure a smooth and timely closing while creating a level of customer service that is missing in our industry. Your Production manager is available to answer any questions you may have while your loan is in process and they will provide you with a weekly written loan status throughout your transaction.

Your Loan Processor’s responsibility is to package, process and submit your loan for final loan approval. Your Loan Processor is in constant communication with the investor, escrow and title to make sure the loan file has the necessary documentation needed to get your loan approved, signed and funded.
